A Heartfelt Week

Keeping it real. It's been a rough week. Not putting it out there

Just being real, it's been a tough week. I'm putting my true self out there because this is where I'm at at the moment, full of emotions. My father got placed in a facility for memory care and it's been quite an emotional roller coaster, with a lot more downs than ups which I'm sure is to be expected. I'm using this time to reflect and feel the sadness. I'm reading and editing my rocker romance to help keep myself level-headed during this rough period, while also living my everyday life working, being a mom, a wife, and a supportive daughter, along with my sisters, to my mother who needs the most support right now. Responsibilities go on even when we feel the need for a mini-break. I'm still waiting for Purity to come back from Line Edits which I'm looking forward to because that will help keep my mind occupied with something I'm passionate about.
