Mad World

I saw Tears For Fears during my college days and I can honestly say I had no fears about sitting in an arena with thousands of people. My, how times have changed. This time when I saw them, some twenty-something years later, thoughts flashed through my mind about my safety. I was glad to have had my purse searched and step through a metal detector. I don't think when the band originally wrote the lyrics they thought things would come to this in the world we now live in. How sad that they have. Needless to say, the show was phenomenal and I'm glad I went. I had a blast!
